     ·  Personal foarte amabil, locatie frumoasa, linistita curata, , restaurant curat , cochet.
     ·  Drumul de urcare spre hotel este cam infricosator, mai ales pe intuneric, rau, plin de gropi, aprox. 1,5 km.rnCamera a fost destul de rece, chiar daca a mers incalzirea peste noapte.rnSalteaua patului este uzata, incomoda, se simt toate arcurile, clar ar trebui schimbata.

     ·  Nincs sem asztal, sem szék a szobában. Nincs mihez odaülni, ha dolgoznia kell az embernek.

     ·  Modern and clean room, nice city view from hotel terrace.
     ·  Bad condition of access road to the hotel. Limited breakfast options, we had to ask for coffee and tea as not on breakfast table and no one asked us if we want any hot drinks, no water, no cereals, only 1 juice. Big shower leak in the room - bathroom and room was flooded after we took a shower on first night - at 10:30pm, we had to stay in the room till morning as reception was already closed.

     ·  La vue, les équipements de la terrasse, le restaurant.
     ·  Le personnel horrible, le ménage qui n’est pas fait tous les jours dans les chambres, la musique criarde de 10 h du matin jusqu’à 22 h le soir, le manque total de confiance dans le personnel qui nous abandonne totalement quand il y a un problème! ( un homme du personnel qui dormait à côté de notre chambre à été payé pour laisser 14 jeunes drogués faire la fête avec la musique à fond de 22h jusqu’à 8 h du matin!!!! )La piscine est froide, les verres du soir sont encore sur les tables le lendemain après midi… zéro sourire. Et depuis ce matin 8 h : pas d’électricité : donc pas de café, pas d’eau chaude pour la douche, pas de lumière et pas de possibilité de recharger le téléphoner pour commander un uber et quitter ce lieu. Il reste encore 2 nuits que jnai déjà payé sur Booking.com, je veux partir. C’est une honte !!!! Jamais je n’ai été traité comme ça dans tous les pays que jnai visité
